Janet is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington.
She obtained her Bachelors in Exercise Science as she was pursuing a career in physical therapy.
Upon graduating college she worked as an out patient physical therapy technician for a couple of years, providing her hands on experience with patients to injury and rehabilitation.
Janet also gained experience as a corporate and independent personal trainer since 2014. Helping men and women with weight loss, body sculpting, and body mechanics. After being a full time personal trainer she transitioned to preventative healthcare and acquired her license in massage therapy fall of 2017.
She expanded her knowledge by taking an alternate route from traditional healthcare by enrolling to Uchee Pines Health Institute.
Janet acquired a Lifestyle Educator Certification from the medical missionary school in Seale, Alabama. It was an intensive 6 month program. Including but not limited to: hydrotherapy, gardening, fasting, & natural remedies.
It was here that her passion for preventative care was ignited. She has traveled to various states with her fellow missionary colleagues, and given health seminars, vegan cooking classes, and natural home remedy talks.
Her goal is to share the fundamentals of good health, self care and how to incorporate mobility and healing into our daily lives.
Her passion is to seek truth, love and healing.
I look forward hearing how I may be of service to you!
